Warranty And Returns Policy

All merchandise displayed and sold by Winston Sahd is subject to strict quality control standards, because we fully understand buying premium furniture is an investment and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

That is why Winston Sahd offers a comprehensive warranty and returns policy to help put your mind at ease when shopping online with us.

Warranty

All Framework and Wood has a 1 year guarantee. Fabric, Leather, Marble, Glass and Mirrors are excluded from our 1 year guarantee.

All defective/damaged products are subject to an inspection by Winston Sahd. If the product is misused/abused/used for a purpose which it was not intended to be used for, the guarantee will be void. 

Similarly, should any product be altered by you, the guarantee will be void.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product, the product may be returned with its original receipt and in its original packaging within 7 days of the date the product was received.

Winston Sahd will then either exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment amount and method (less any direct costs associated with the order). Winston Sahd is entitled to a 10% handling fee/minimum of R200 handling fee.

NOTE: The product MUST be returned in perfect condition as per the day of delivery. Winston Sahd reserves the right to refuse acceptance of products that are in poor condition.

Unfortunately delivery charges cannot be refunded once the delivery has occurred.

Winston Sahd will only collect from the same address that the goods were delivered to. Returns can be collected during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. 

NOTE: All collections require a signature. Winston Sahd will call and confirm a date and time to allow you to arrange for someone to be present at the collection address provided. If no one is there and we have to come back, an additional delivery fee will be charged to you to arrange a further collection.

Damaged/Missing Items/Wrong Products

Before signing as having received the products in good order, please unpack and check the product/s for any faults or damages. 

If you have any concerns you MUST make the appropriate notes on the delivery note BEFORE signing it and ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery and report it to the store you dealt with, alternatively contact any branch in your region and we will be happy to assist.

It is very important that any damages, missing or incorrect products are reported within 48 hours, in writing to:
