Online Shopping

Please select the “Forgot Your Password?” option to receive a mail with the link attached to help you successfully reset your password. Once you have completed this step, use your existing email address as your new username along with your newly reset password to log in.

If you did not receive an email, remember to check your junk email folder to ensure our email did not end up there.

In an effort to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, there is only a short window of time during which you can change your order. 

We allow for changes to be made within 5 working days from the date of order.

Your order confirmation and shipping details should always be sent to you shortly after your payment has been accepted, but please remember it may take 1 – 2 business days for your payment to be accepted and the email order confirmation to be sent.

Your order confirmation email will also contain your shipping details and tracking number, so please check your junk email folder to ensure this incredibly important information did not end up there. Your order confirmation email will be sent from paula@winstonsahd.co.za.

Payment Options

We value your needs. That is why we offer a variety of convenient ways for you to pay and own one (or many) of our premium pieces. Payment options are as follows:


PayFast offers South African shoppers a variety of secure payment methods to pay for their purchase. These secure payment methods include using a credit card, a debit card, Instant EFT, Masterpass, Mobicred, SCode, RCS store cards and MoreTyme.


Mobicred is a simple and incredibly convenient credit facility that allows you to safely shop online. It allows you to make one single monthly payment for all your purchases with a revolving credit limit — thus allowing you to spend whatever you re-pay.

A RCS store card can be used to purchase goods on credit – allowing you to pay the incurred costs back at the end of the month.

NOTE: all our prices are in South African currency (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT .

Shipping And Delivery

Winston Sahd only accepts orders from billing addresses within the Republic of South Africa and will not ship products purchased to an address outside of the Republic of South Africa.

NOTE: Delivery costs will be calculated during checkout.

Quotations/proforma invoices are valid for 14 days after the quotation date, and are subject to availability of stock and sale conditions.

Depending on how far the delivery address is from our Warehouse: delivery can take about 3 – 5 working days (on average) for shorter distances and about 10 – 21 working days (on average) for longer distances or if your items are coming from another region.

The delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond the control of Winston Sahd once it leaves our facility. Winston Sahd will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

NOTE: Our warehouse will ALWAYS call a day before delivery to provide a rough estimated time of arrival and to confirm that someone will be available to receive your purchase. This is important, as we cannot re-deliver FREE of cost.

If the goods arrive damaged at point of delivery, the order can be refused and returned with the driver. Please never attempt to fix the goods yourself as it could lead to further damage and will not be accepted by Winston Sahd.

Insurance is included in the delivery costs.

Please refer to our Care Instructions page to help assist you in protecting and prolonging the life of your beautiful and premium Winston Sahd pieces.

Returns And Repairs


If you are not satisfied with your product, the product may be returned with its original receipt and in its original packaging within 7 days of the date the product was received.

Winston Sahd will then either exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment amount and method (less any direct costs associated with the order).

Unfortunately delivery charges cannot be refunded once delivery has occurred.


All our Winston Sahd products have a 1 year warranty, however we cannot guarantee any of our leather or fabric furniture items.

All defective products are subject to an inspection by Winston Sahd.

If the product is misused/abused/used for a purpose that it was not intended to be used for, the warranty will be void. Similarly, should any product be altered by you, the warranty will be void.

Damaged/Missing Items/Wrong Products

It is very important that any damaged, missing or incorrect products be reported as soon as possible, and in writing to the following email addresses: warehouse@winstonsahd.co.za (Gauteng)/eastlondon2@winstonsahd.co.za (Eastern Cape) or to your designated store.

NOTE: Never try to fix your product if it is damaged.
