By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below.

These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Winston Sahd, whose registered office is 160 Oxford Street, East London.

You also agree that Winston Sahd may send invoices and other communications regarding your sales order/s to you electronically.

Orders Processing And Timelines

Upon receipt of full payment, your order will be processed and you will be notified as to when it is ready for delivery/collection.


Actual products may differ slightly in appearance to images shown.

Product Availability And Limitations

Our website aims to provide our customers with the most accurate information and stock availability, however in the event a product that is out of stock is accidentally listed as in stock, Winston Sahd reserves the right to refund the customer. Given the popularity/supply constraints of some of our products, Winston Sahd also reserves the right to limit the number of products available for purchase (this will be communicated on our website).


Pricing And Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT, of South African currency (ZAR).

When you order a product from our website you are offering to buy it at the price stated, subject to these terms. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on https://www.winstonsahd.co.za/ are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system, however Winston Sahd reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

We reserve the right to refuse an order and a non-acceptance of an order may result from one of the following:

  • The product ordered is unavailable/out of stock/discontinued.
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment.
  • The identification of an error within the product information, including price/promotion.

Quotations/Proforma invoices are valid for 14 days after the quotation date, subject to availability of stock and sale conditions. 

Any pending orders that are not paid for within 14 days of placement will automatically be deleted from our system and will have to be placed again should you wish to proceed with the purchase.

We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on the Website. 

NOTE: There may be errors on the Website. Should such errors be made and it is not due to our gross negligence, we will not be held liable and reserve the right to rectify the error.

Winston Sahd accepts payment via:

  • PayFast
  • Mobicred
  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
  • RCS Store Card (Eastern Cape Only)

DISCLAIMER: Orders will remain on hold until we receive an emailed proof of payment and we cannot be held liable for any delays in orders being completed, if proof of payment is not sent.

Shipping & Delivery


Orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days. Should there be any unavoidable delay, this will be communicated as soon as possible.

Deliveries will be charged in addition to the price of the products.

All deliveries will require a signature. If there is no-one available at the delivery address, a re-delivery will be attempted. If this is not successful, the products will be returned to Winston Sahd by the courier. An additional fee will be charged to you to arrange a further delivery.

If the goods arrive damaged at point of delivery the order can be refused and returned with the driver.

Delivery of the order can be impacted by events beyond the control of Winston Sahd once it leaves our facility. Winston Sahd will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

South African Deliveries ONLY

Winston Sahd accepts orders from billing addresses within the Republic of South Africa. Winston Sahd will not deliver products to an address outside of South Africa.

Order Acceptance And Cancellation

Your electronic receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Winston Sahd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, you will receive a refund.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested.

Damaged/Missing Items/Wrong Products

It is very important that any damages, missing or incorrect products are reported as soon as possible, in writing to:

Warranty & Returns


All Framework and Wood has a 1 year guarantee. Fabric, Leather, Marble, Glass and Mirrors are excluded from our 1 year guarantee.

Defective products are subject to an inspection by Winston Sahd.

If the product is misused or abused or used for a purpose which it wasn’t intended to be used, the warranty will be void. Should any product be altered by you, the warranty will also be void.


If you are not satisfied with the product, the product may be returned with the original receipt and in the original packaging within 7 days of the date the product was received, Winston Sahd will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment amount and method, less any direct costs associated with the order. Winston Sahd is entitled to a 10% handling fee/minimum of R200 handling fee.

NOTE: Delivery charges cannot be refunded once the delivery has occurred.
