We fully understand that buying premium furniture is an investment. That is why we aim to provide you with everything you need to know in regards to Shipping and Delivery when shopping online with us.

Does Winston Sahd deliver to Namibia/Botswana/other countries?
Unfortunately not.
However, we will deliver to the nearest border gate. You will have to arrange delivery from there.
We can always recommend transport companies based on what customers have used in the past, but please note it is ONLY a recommendation. Whichever company you choose to use is at your own risk.
How much does delivery cost?
ALL delivery costs are calculated during checkout or by your sales team at your Winston Sahd branch, and depend on the area you live in (i.e. the distance from our warehouse).
I have completed an order, but I have not received any delivery details yet?
Your order confirmation and shipping details should always be sent to you shortly after your payment has been accepted, but please remember it may take 1 – 3 business days for your payment to be accepted and the email order confirmation to be sent.
Your order confirmation email will also contain your shipping details and tracking number, so please check your junk email folder to ensure this incredibly important information did not end up there. Your order confirmation email will be sent from paula@winstonsahd.co.za.
Similarly, if you haven’t received your order confirmation email or your shipping details, please email paula@winstonsahd.co.za to assist.
What delivery arrangements need to be made by me?
Many of our Winston Sahd products are large and heavy in nature and may require special delivery arrangements.
Therefore, if you live in a penthouse suite, a high rise building, a home with a multitude of stairs, or in a home that has restricted access, it is absolutely imperative you notify us so that we, alongside you, can make special delivery arrangements if necessary.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on how far the delivery address is from our Warehouse: delivery can take about 3 – 5 working days (on average) for shorter distances and about 10 – 21 working days (on average) for longer distances.
The delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond the control of Winston Sahd once it leaves our facility. Winston Sahd will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
Delivery times are also affected during popular shopping seasons/depending on how busy we are. Should there be any unavoidable delay, it will be communicated as soon as possible.
Is insurance included in the delivery costs?
Insurance is included in the delivery costs.
Can I collect my order in-store?
Unfortunately not.
All our own collections are to be collected from our Warehouses. If something has to be collected in-store, special arrangements will have to be made. Please contact your sales person or email us at paula@winstonsahd.co.za.
When are orders processed?
Your order will be processed upon receipt of full payment, and you will be notified as to when your order is ready for delivery/collection.
Is furniture assembly included in the delivery price?
Yes, furniture assembly is included in our delivery price.
