Winston Sahd orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days from purchase. Should there be any unavoidable delay, this will be communicated as soon as possible.
Delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond the control of Winston Sahd once it leaves our facility. However, Winston Sahd will always work with you to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
Furniture Assembly is included in the delivery price.
If you are not satisfied with your Winston Sahd product, the product may be returned in its original packaging and with the original receipt within 7 days of the date the product was received.
Winston Sahd will either exchange your order or offer a refund based on the original payment amount and method (less any direct costs associated with your order).
Please note: delivery charges cannot be refunded once the delivery has occurred.
In an effort to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, there is a short window period during which you can change your order.
