- Keep MDF products away from direct sunlight, heaters, wet or rough surfaces (we do not recommend using MDF products outdoors).
- Gently remove dust particles and clean the surfaces regularly with a soft, white, clean, cotton cloth.
- For more cleaning power, clean the surface using a soft, clean, white, cotton cloth dampened in lukewarm water. Leave the surface to dry.
- Please don’t use abrasive cleaners, such as soft scrub cleansers or scouring sponges.
- Test all cleaners first for the effect on a small surface of MDF that is not immediately visible.

How long does delivery take?
Depending on how far the delivery address is from our Warehouse: delivery can take about 3 – 5 working days (on average) for shorter distances and about 10 – 21 working days (on average) for longer distances.

Winston Sahd orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days from purchase. Should there be any unavoidable delay, this will be communicated as soon as possible.
Delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond the control of Winston Sahd once it leaves our facility. However, Winston Sahd will always work with you to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
Furniture Assembly is included in the delivery price.
If you are not satisfied with your Winston Sahd product, the product may be returned in its original packaging and with the original receipt within 7 days of the date the product was received.
Winston Sahd will either exchange your order or offer a refund based on the original payment amount and method (less any direct costs associated with your order).
Please note: delivery charges cannot be refunded once the delivery has occurred.
In an effort to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, there is a short window period during which you can change your order.
