- For routine cleaning, use a damp cloth (please properly wring the cloth out to ensure it is not dripping wet — we suggest using a microfibre cloth).
- Clean spills/smudges with a damp cloth moistened in mild soap or cleaning polish (please also properly wring the cloth out to ensure it is not dripping wet).
- Polish with a silicone-free polish (polishing too often may result in a waxy build-up).
- Avoid excessive sunlight, dampness and hot or cold conditions.
Imitation Leather
- Use a damp cloth to gently wipe your Imitation Leather furniture down with a non-abrasive cloth (please properly wring the cloth out to ensure it is not dripping wet — we suggest using a microfibre cloth).
- Avoid excessive sunlight and heat, as this could dry out your Imitation Leather and cause it to crack.
Winston Sahd only accepts orders from billing addresses within the Republic of South Africa and will not ship products purchased to an address outside of the Republic of South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on how far the delivery address is from our Warehouse: delivery can take about 3 – 5 working days (on average) for shorter distances and about 10 – 21 working days (on average) for longer distances.

Winston Sahd orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days from purchase. Should there be any unavoidable delay, this will be communicated as soon as possible.
Delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond the control of Winston Sahd once it leaves our facility. However, Winston Sahd will always work with you to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
Furniture Assembly is included in the delivery price.
If you are not satisfied with your Winston Sahd product, the product may be returned in its original packaging and with the original receipt within 7 days of the date the product was received.
Winston Sahd will either exchange your order or offer a refund based on the original payment amount and method (less any direct costs associated with your order).
Please note: delivery charges cannot be refunded once the delivery has occurred.
In an effort to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, there is a short window period during which you can change your order.
